This Terms of Service ("Agreement") dictates the terms under which you may access and interact with the Lucky Shark Hunt application and its corresponding digital infrastructure (the "Ecosystem"), managed by TECHBUG SOLUTIONS LLC ("TECHBUG", "we", "us"). Downloading, installing, or engaging with the Ecosystem constitutes your binding acceptance of these terms. Disagreement mandates immediate cessation of use.

1. Eligibility

Access to the Ecosystem is stringently restricted to individuals who are 18 years of age or have achieved the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction. By utilizing this software, you warrant compliance with this mandate. We do not permit underage interaction with our software.

2. License to Use the Services

Conditioned upon your adherence to this Agreement, TECHBUG grants a personal, non-transferable, revocable, and limited license to utilize the Ecosystem exclusively for non-commercial, personal entertainment. All ungranted rights remain the sole property of TECHBUG.

3. Prohibited Conduct

Users are expressly forbidden from engaging in the following actions:

• Utilizing the Ecosystem for illicit, fraudulent, or malicious endeavors.
• Deploying automation tools, exploits, bots, or unauthorized modifications to alter gameplay.
• Attempting to bypass security architectures, disrupt service continuity, or extract proprietary data.

4. Virtual Items and Purchases

The Ecosystem may feature obtainable digital enhancements or currencies ("Digital Assets").

• Financial Transactions: Purchases processed via storefronts (e.g., Google Play, Apple App Store) are governed by their respective refund frameworks. All transactions are definitive and non-refundable unless statutorily required by consumer protection laws.
• Asset Characteristics: Digital Assets are completely devoid of real-world financial value. They represent a limited license for in-app utility, not tangible ownership. TECHBUG retains the right to modify, restrict, or revoke these assets without incurring liability.
• Trading Prohibition: The transfer, sale, gifting, or exchange of Digital Assets outside the Ecosystem, or for real-world currency, is strictly forbidden and will trigger immediate account suspension.

5. No Real-Money Gambling

Lucky Shark Hunt operates exclusively as an entertainment-only simulation.

ZERO CASH VALUE: The Ecosystem does not facilitate, condone, or support real-money gambling. Virtual chips, coins, or credits cannot be withdrawn, cashed out, or exchanged for tangible rewards, merchandise, or fiat currency.

Simulated Environment: Success or progression within this application is purely simulated and does not reflect potential outcomes in actual gambling scenarios. Any engagement in unauthorized trading or real-money exchanges involving our Digital Assets will result in permanent banishment from the Ecosystem.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All code, visual art, audio files, UI designs, and branding elements within the Ecosystem are the exclusive intellectual property of TECHBUG or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction, modification, or commercial exploitation is strictly prohibited and legally actionable.

7. Third-Party Services

The Ecosystem may contain links or connections to independent third-party platforms. TECHBUG bears no responsibility for their content, policies, or operational practices. Your interaction with external entities is governed by their independent frameworks.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Ecosystem is delivered strictly on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, devoid of warranties of any kind. TECHBUG disclaims guarantees of uninterrupted service, perfect performance, or absolute security.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TECHBUG's liability for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages is unequivocally waived. Total financial liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user to us in the preceding twelve (12) months.

9. Termination and Account Deletion

You may terminate this agreement at your convenience by uninstalling the application. TECHBUG may revoke access immediately for violations of this Agreement or legal mandates.

Local Account System: Lucky Shark Hunt relies on localized data storage. Your progress, assets, and settings are saved directly on your hardware. Uninstalling the app automatically and permanently deletes this data. Consequently, no centralized deletion portal is required or provided by TECHBUG.

10. Changes to Terms and Dispute Resolution

We reserve the right to amend this Agreement to reflect operational shifts. The authoritative version will be maintained at: https://epochforgegame.com/heistcrewgame/terms.html. Continued use signifies acceptance of updated terms.

Disputes will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation, followed by adjudication in a competent jurisdiction, under applicable statutory law.
